FACILITY RATES & HOURS

The Pitch facility offers a unique space for events. We’ve become known for our bouncy-house birthday parties, but we also have a great multi-purpose room for more office or family gatherings. Our indoor fields are available to rent, and we have a great batting cage if you’re looking to practice your swing. Browse our full rate schedule for more information!

The Pitch's Open Gym times fluctuate seasonally due to programming and school vacation weeks. The Current Hours section is always up to date. The fee per person is $5 per visit.

Open Gym Hours:

Sept 1 - Nov 4 11am-2pm, Mon-Fri

Nov 4 - May 1 11am-4:45, Mon-Fri

June, July, Aug Open Fridays Only, 11am-1pm

FIELD RENTALS

NON-PROFIT RENTAL RATES:

  • $400/hr for Full Field (95 * 60 yards)

  • $225/hr for Half Field (60 * 45 yards)

  • $125/hr for Quarter Field (47 * 30 yards)

  • $150/hr for Quarter field & Batting Cage

  • Call to inquire about for-profit rates

MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM RATES

Our multi-purpose room is perfect when you need more space to gather as a group.

  • $50 per hour

  • Room includes kitchen area with refrigerator (no stove) 

  • Seats up to 60 people

  • Ample parking

BATTING CAGE RATES

If you don’t have a pitcher available, our batting cage is the next best way to practice your swing.

  • Half hour = $30

  • One hour = $50

  • Payment must be made at the time of your reservation. Cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance for a refund.

  • Must bring own helmet and bat.

  • The softball pitching machine is available, but unfortunately baseball is not.

OUR REFUND POLICIES

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
If the Pitch closes due to storm conditions, you will be offered a full credit for a future booking. The Pitch uses the AccuWeather hourly forecasting app to follow the weather forecasts and storm warnings.

REFUND POLICY FOR PROGRAMS & TEAMS:
Program fees may be refunded prior to the start of a session, minus the non refundable deposit.

Requests made at least two days prior to the start of the program will be granted a program credit rather than a refund.

​Requests made after the beginning of a program will not be granted except in the case of injury. Proper documentation must be present to receive a refund for an injury.

REFUND POLICY FOR PARTIES & EVENTS:
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date may receive a credit towards another date (subject to availability) minus the nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental will not receive a credit.

REFUND POLICY FOR SUMMER CAMPS:
Students who cancel prior to June 1st may receive a refund minus the $15 non-refundable registration fee. ​

Injured students may receive a full credit for the following year or a refund minus the reg fee, but must provide proper documentation from your physician.

Players who are sick may receive a credit for another camp subject to availability, but no refunds will be issued.
